Dear Participant,

We invite you to participate in this survey as part of a research study with the above title. HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a combination of HIV medications taken orally every day to prevent HIV infection in people at risk of HIV infection. The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of alternative PrEP medication preparations and medical care on your willingness to engage in PrEP services.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous. There are no known risks to participating in this study.
